PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

CDTI aims to be a one-stop solution provider for its industry clients. The centre will offer professional consultancy services/ mentorship programme to help industry clients start on their transformation initiatives. CDTI will help companies identify their maturity level, readiness, and focus areas with reference to the Singapore Smart Industry Readiness Index and Prioritisation Matrix. The centre will employ design thinking business canvas to help companies generate actionable problem statements.

It will also help companies evaluate and incorporate model or trial-solutions from knowledge partners. There will also be an overseas immersion programme to bring interested companies to Germany to experience & understand Industry 4.0 best-practices. The main objectives are to encourage intra-company collaboration through the formation of a multi-disciplinary team within the companies, create networking opportunities with domain experts and TUM Asia’s knowledge partners in Germany.

LEARN – Programme Stage 2

This programme adopts a 3-stage model of change to help companies engineer and implement their smart factory transformation blueprint based on the Singapore Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and companies’ identified target functions.
